I am Trying to use ACME.SH to Replace cPanel's AutoSSL on a cPanel Server

as I want to use an authority other than Let's Encrypt. All documentation I find is for a cPanel domain, not cPanel servers.

I have installed it as per the default instructions, but I have not been able to find a way to have this script automatically do the following as expected:

1. Run - that's easy - the cron does that
2. Add all existing domains to the list of domains to be processed - default cron does not perform this
3. Make sure that all subdomains are included - no domains, so no subdomains.
4. Exclude any domains with current certificates, i.e. $$ ones - Acme won't renew any certificates that aren't expiring but I don't want to overwrite ones that expire soon.
5. Add the cPanel system certificates to be updated, (FTP, email, cPanel, WHM, etc.) - the CA ZeroSSL handles by the wildcard function, perhaps others do too.
6. When a new domain is added to the server, process it as above

The above seems to be exactly what the script describes, but I cannot get it to find the proper method to process the existing domains on the server
