CSS document help

so i've been looking at the docs where className()

c1 := className()
handler := NewCSSMiddleware(httpRoutes, c1)
http.ListenAndServe(":8000", handler)

so there is c1 but how do you get css full styles? i didnt quite get how to render whole css document, CSSClass is deprecated, so do i have to manually paste all styles in templ file?
