Minecraft version - 1.20.1
Mod loader - Curseforge
Mod version - 47.3.0

Describe the bug
Whenever I attempt to chop down a tree with an axe, it's mining speed is the same as a player with no an axe at all.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Get an axe and chop a tree
Break a tree without axe

Expected behavior
Mining speed should be higher with an axe

Additional context
Unsure if this is a compatibility issue, but vanilla and modded axes both share this issue.
