/res auto is restricting size by wrong limits

/res auto is unable to create Residence with size over 150x150 no matter what. We have this plugin for a few years, so it might be a config issue.

Group Default and Ares and Elite are working fine. People with Permission for group Sentinel and above are not able to create Residence.

Double check player residence limits with /res limits, those should report numbers we will be using while scaling up area.
Does issue persist if you provide auto size with something like /res auto 300?

Issue does not persist on Residence 5.1.3.0, had the time to test it on multiple server with same configuration on multiple accounts with different groups.
