Messages - No saving file?

Hi, using newest version of Residence 5.1.2.0, CMILib 1.3.0.1 , and server is paper spigot 1.20.1

I Found out, every single time, i change welcome message (enter/leave , doesnt matter) it gets reset on server restart,
so i went to files, and found out, there is any file, where are messages writen, only flags, info about residence.
Messages missing and doesnt matter if "NewSaveMechanic" is true or false.
Maybe it looks like small problem, for me its pretty bad, i have to change every Admin residence into Region, if it wont be fixed soon.

Could one of you provide residence save file from the instance where enter/leave messages are not being loaded in?
