Getting an Insecure Permissions on Bind-Mounted Volume

Getting the following errors in NPMPlus on a bind-mounted volume running under Podman 5.2.5 and macOS Sequoia

�error: skipping "/data/nginx/access.log" because parent directory has insecure permissions (It's world writable or writable by group which is not "root") Set "su" directive in config file to tell logrotate which user/group should be used for rotation.

How/where do I set this su env variable?
