Currently, when submitting a new bot, you have to wait up to 20 minutes before your bot's matches are displayed. This is very limiting if you are experiencing frequent errors/crashes.

This change aims to provide functionality to start a match on the fly (against a bot of choice) for debugging purposes, as well as extending testing possibilities.

We could extend this for admins to very easily organise tournaments without derping on the command line for ages.
