mod remote {
    pub struct A {}
}

#[derive(Convert)]
#[convert(remote_from = "remote::A")]
struct B { }

Expand into:

impl From<B> for remote::A {
}

Benefit: so that we can have both From and Into conversion between local and remote struct.
