Milestone release of Matrice library before 2022.

This release contains all features developed from the initial commit to the end of 2021.
The next version could be expected to release in the first half of 2022 which will be featured by improving
(1) the memory management,
(2) the expression system,
(3) vectorization,
(4) unified data loader interface,
and some other modifications also.
