the different result between online and outline

Dear author, thank you for your great work. When I tested the online demo and outline demo separately with the same data, I got different results. The online demo gets good results, but the outline demo shows no change in the composite image before and after the harmonization. I have noticed that the foreground image of online demo is in RGBA format, but the outline foreground is RGB when I make data. Is there any impact on this?
The following figure is the online result, and the harmonization effect is better. However, the result of the outline demo is indistinguishable from that of composite inage
