Context

During plugin development no way of documenting new features is available ousite of GitHub pages and readme files. Plugin developers should be able to easly document their newly developped features using a YC provided mechanism.

Problem

Currently no such mechanism is provided by the YC core.

Solution

YC NetRunner will provide a mechanism to display markdown-formatted documentation files within a centralized page section (named "docs") that will programmatically diplay any markdown file in the ${PluginRoot}/docs folder, structured as implied by subfolders tree.
