I've run cluster profiler multiple times on the same data, but my outputs were different recently. Normally after enriching, the resulting table had an ID that looks something like ko03010 Core_down_enrich_KO_old.csv
When I re-ran my code today, it now has an ID that looks something like map03010 Core_down_enrich_KO.csv
It's the same number and the outputs are the same, but now says map instead of ko. Since my code hasn't changed, I assume its something with kegg and the way the enrichment is done. Anyone else have this problem or know what could be going on?
