Improve styles

Element Issue Solution ✅
current-image 그림자가 잘리는 현상 width 늘리기 ✅
temp-current 숫자가 잘리는 현상 padding 약간 늘리기 ✅
body 스크롤 바 기본 스타일 테마에 색 맞춤 & 폭 줄이기 => 아예 없앰 ✅
weatherDetail 왼쪽으로 치우침 마지막 요소의 margin 없애기
hightest, lowest 소수점이 존재함 소수점 없애기
weatherDetail.humd 풍속으로 표시됨 범위를 나눠 간단하게 표시
