Configure Atom IDE for Angular 2 and TypeScript
Create a development environment with Angualr CLI.
Add support for CSS Preprocessors => SASS with Autoprefixer enabled.
Validate the the environment can generate production code sample.
upload production code sample to gh-pages for testing.
