Update how "unitid" fields are added #29

Currently added on a new line, with no indication of the level, unless a "series".

Update so that the unitid is added before the title, along with the level. E.g. "Subseries A: ...", etc.

Partly done, but also need to fix the c01 otherlevel="accession" displays. See http://ead-pdfs.library.yale.edu/1810.pdf
