I would assume this is due to the vastly increased number of potential valid areas to spawn, but the world is absolutely littered with Ocean Monuments when using Continents https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/continents.

Not necessarily a bug, but it would be nice to tone down the rarity of the structure under conditions like these.

This is still the case in 1.20.1 (Fabric).
Would it be possible to add a customizable configuration option for users to define the appearance rate of monuments ?
