Looks very odd... this isn't intended is it?

It's in the minecraft:river biome.

Getting this issue on 1.19.2 with Terralith. Specifically it spawned under Terralith's Skylands biome, which as the name suggests is not on surface level so this definitely feels out of place in the middle of the ocean.

I'm getting this issue with geophilic in fabric 1.20.1

I've encountered some similar dungeon generation with v4.4.4 for Fabric 1.20.4. I have also been using Geophilic, but
in my test world with only Better Dungeons v4.4.4 (and its required mods) I was able to find a Spider Cave that spawned with a water entrance after a few tries.

It isn't an Ocean biome, but it is a similar problem of the entrance generating in water. It is mostly in a Forest biome, but the Forest lake borders a River biome. In my mod pack profile that also has Geophilic, I recall seeing this sort of thing happen a fair amount in water, especially Rivers, for not just the Spider Dungeon but also the Zombie Dungeon and maybe the Skeleton Dungeon too.

If I had to take a guess, it seems like it is spawning the dungeon in a valid, intended location, but then when it builds out to the entrance, it just happens to land in a river, lake, or even the edge of an ocean. Perhaps there could be some sort of additional check to make sure there isn't water by the entrance?
