Handle errors in section when querying for course #180

When you search for sections in a nonexistent course, the site is blank and an error message pops up in the console. When querying for depts in a nonexistent school or courses in a nonexistent dept, this is already handled and the site will display "An error occurred!" Implement error handling in the SectionListComponent.
