I tried with kissmyresume but the output doesn't contain the theme layout while the html does?

Hi @ni-ka
Sorry for the slow response but I've just got around to trying this out for myself.

It looks like kissmyresume doesn't apply html styling to pdfs. At least not when I tried it with the default theme or mine.
I can see in karlitos/KissMyResume#1 that it says that jsonresume-theme-mocha-responsive should export as a colour pdf but when I try I run

kissmyresume build example-resume.json --theme jsonresume-theme-mocha-responsive

I get

Export to multiple formats failed! Reason: Error: The source handlebar template file or the stylesheet could not be read

So I tried using resume-cli with more success. Running

resume export some.pdf --resume ../jsonresume-theme-orbit/example-resume.json --theme jsonresume-theme-orbit

generates a pdf with styling.

However, as my theme doesn't have explicit styling for print, the first page is rather off and it doesn't do page breaks in sensible places.

This is probably fixable but not something I have any experience of. PRs are very much welcome.

You may want to raise an issue with kissmyresume if that is your preferred to tool for generating resumes.
