Potential bugs in the rmats2sashimiplot visualization #133

Thank you for developing such an excellent tool!

One issue is that rmats2sashimiplot seems to restrict the y-axis range, which results in odd presentations for samples from different groups with varying coverage.

Are there any solutions available to address this issue?

You could try this code which changes the y-axis calculation: 1f07c49

I updated the plot_gene.py file, but the resulting plots appear even more unusual:

I think the issue was that the y-min was still being set the same for all plots.
Here's an additional change: 8822061
