When TB window is hidden to tray a new tray context menu item added for that window and when tray icon clicked and that window restored, that menu item get removed. However if TB opened via a desktop shortcut while it was hidden to tray, the menu item stays and next time TB gets hidden to tray, it creates a duplicate menu item.

It seem this bug only reproducible when "Start application hidden to tray" is enabled.

Just hiding window tray manually doesn't show separator at all, which is probably another bug on it's own.
