Problem solved by the commit
Address patching is not happening properly for AIE2PS class of devices. One buffer is getting patched only at one place. It need to be patched in all the offsets. Fixing this issue with this commit.

This issue is from the beginning. This issue is already fixed for AIE2p class of devices.
