Bug: Page has to scroll up automatically to the pop-up on clicking on the 'privacy policy' link. #37

Steps:

Navigate to https://www.mycovidconnect.com
Click on the 'Privacy policy link' in the footer.

Expected result: Page must scroll up automatically to the section where the pop up is shown

Actual result: The user has to scroll up manually.
