build using:
docker build --build-arg NOWUSER=$(whoami) . -t qa_xcov

run with docker run -t qa_xcov

@codecakes Updated the Dockerfile and added all the necessary dependencies to run the scripts. I have pushed it to my branch here https://github.com/Xcov19/qa-framework/blob/feature/initial-qa-framework/Dockerfile
