Bug Description
Inconsistent layering/borders on gradients for swaps

Steps to Reproduce

Go to "pool" page in web UI
UI does not consistently display logos/blending/borders for the coins/tokens being pooled

Expected Behavior
consistent borders/shading/boundaries on each item in the pools page

Recommendation to use something like https://autoprefixer.github.io/ to help with ensuring style animations are consistent across platforms/browsers.
