Please show book intros for Translation Notes

Could DOC also render the book intros for Translation Notes and Condensed Translation Notes? These are the intro.md files for the books, for example:

The downloads for TN should include the book intros, chapter intros, and verse notes. The downloads for Condensed TN should include only the book intros and the verse notes. (We deleted all the chapter intros in Condensed TN.) But the downloads for both resources lack the book intros.
