This template is used for single articles, ex https://wordpress.org/support/article/wordpress-features/ and single version pages, ex https://wordpress.org/support/wordpress-version/version-6-1/

It can probably be used for single pages too (ex https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/), but those might need to keep the old theme for the forum nav.

Note: This issue is for the template in broad strokes — the file, basic alignments, etc. Specific features are tracked in other issues:

I asked about the desktop/mobile content order difference on Figma, as there is no good way to do that switch up without either duplicating content and/or making an inaccessible design (because visual and source order would not match).
