Discard Changes?

How can one quickly discard changes? Is the only way to abandon or cancel changes to a block/pattern in the native full-site-editor to just hit ⌘-R and reload the editor?

Even if I accidentally make a change and I ⌘Z/Undo all of my changes the blue disabled "Saved" button in the top-right changes to "Save"

If I do click that button it'll say "The following content has been modified." but I have no way to either review the changes or cancel them without doing a reload. Is there an easier/better way?

Why is this annoying? Because reloading the site-editor takes about 6seconds. Which is eons compared to, say, a vite powered site development w/hot-reloading that measures in the hundreds of miiliseconds.
