Add usage limit to edit item

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Add a use limit to the armor editing item, for example I put a limit of 5 and the player uses the item 5 times to edit an armor stand and the fifth time, after using the item, it disappears

Is there an easy way in the current API that we can do that? If so, if you have any examples, I will happily approve.
