Database table names prefix

DB table names like edwreports_blocks or edwreports_schedemails would belong to a "mod_edwreports" plugin. Tables provided by this plugin should start with "local_edwiserreports" prefix.

BTW if you are going to address this, you may want to reconsider bigger refactorisation and turn this into an admin tool plugin. There is no real reason why this should be implemented as a "local" plugin. That should not be that hard and it's better to do it before publishing the plugin. For your consideration.
