winetricks doesn't start

The problem with winetricks, do not want to work on debian 6.0.7. I downloaded 
the instructions:

When you start writing the following:
-------------------------------------------------- ----
WINE is wine, which is neither on the path nor an executable file
-------------------------------------------------- ----
How to fix it?

P.S. System is x32 bit
