What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Winetricks
2. Select to install Unreal Tournament 3 using a DVD medium
3. Make sure you have a proper patch downloaded (Winetricks will notify you
what to do so)
4. If you have the patch, insert your UT3 DVD dics and re-run the installation
procedure.
5. Here you are.
I expected Winetricks to install UT3 from my DVD disc. It failed to recognize
it. I'm having a disc labeled DVD-UT3-EU (as for European Union). The disc was
bought in Poland. This might be the cause of this failure.
I'm using Winetricks 20110429, Ubuntu 11.04 64-bit running on ASUS K-52J laptop.
I own a legal copy of the game and I can deliver you some information to fix
this issue (make Winetricks recognize the dics).
