Add new types of Points of Interest

enrich the POI table by finding new categories (query types on wikidata.org) and logos on maki

New system integrated in commit 480bef2

Now only one file (per language) has to be modified and the input is (kind of) secured.

But there are still POI type which need to be added.

polochon did some work on commit c1e4f0b but there are still types to add.

Since we don't use maki anymore (full OSM instead of Mapbox), the implementation is going to be slightly different. It will probably come in a next version.
