Uh, I know that this isn't a place for this type of question and is also not an issue with the app or what...

BUT WHEN WILL THIS APP SUPPORT OSU LAZER? 😭

And if this app can't just support it for whatever reasons... What's the best way to like to view your replay's in mp4 file format?

danser supports osu lazer since 0.10, also to view your replays in m4, you should render the replays as such (means getting the replay file from the osu client and using that replay in danser to render a mp4 file

Ohh, so does it mean that I need to export the replay from Lazer and put it to the Stable client? Sorry I'm having trouble understanding since English isn't really my first language :<

nono, you can use the replay exported from the lazer client in danser directly

Ohhh, so how do you do it exactly? Im having trouble trying to figure it out myself :<

when in the score screen press f2. just like in stable. it should give a popup in lazer and when you click on that it should open the respective exports folder.

I got access to the "exports" folder now... What's next? And btw do I make a folder where all the songs and skins are located so Danser thinks It's the Osu! folder? Or that is not needed at all?

in danser u select this option:

then you can click the 'select a replay' button

(I am assuming here you are on windows) then a file explorer should open. danser should have opened the osu replay directory from stable automatically, but we want a lazer replay. get that folder path of the exports folder by clicking in the top bar of the respective explorer window like in this example (i use the stable replay replay folder here)

and enter it in the open dialog from danser. there should now be the file you exported from lazer.

once selected danser should have opened the replay and look similar to this:

on the bottom dropdown you select this:

and then click 'danse!'. danser should now render the replay and open the videos folder upon completion.

This error appeared after selecting the replay file from the osu! lazer folder:

What should I do?

yea you should have the map in the stable client for that

Ohh alright so ima just make a folder for that then? Since I don't really want to download osu stable

i dont know if danser itself supports unpacking the osu map files, but if you really dont want to download stable, I recommend using ordr for that then, it should be more straightforward than danser (it uses danser as base)

Bro, I think mines broken 💀
image

Its literally frozen... And one question does Danser support Lazer GUI? Like the sectionpass GUI like that for example?
I also can't run the tool from the executable I use a command in powershell in order to run it... Is it really that way?

  1. yea i think urs is broken, also update danser to the latest
  2. section pass icons are supported I think, resultscreen no, it uses the stable one for that
  3. either you use danser.exe or use cmd/powershell with danser-cli.exe. else use ordr as recommended.

Alright I'll get the latest version... Its supported? Like the countdown/grade/accuracy thing? Tried using o!rdr but I want the lazer gui so bad 😭

ordr uses danser. so if ordr doesnt have it, danser also most likely doesnt have it.
