Hi! I have a problem with intermittent freeze during the game. I am currently
using Wiiflow 4.2.1 with cIOS d2x-v10-beta53-alt.zip installed on both base 56
slot 249 and base 57 slot 250. Wii system menu 4.3U. My usb drive is a MicroSD
card formatted with FAT32 inserted into USB port 0. My games are ripped
directly from the DVD drive and stored into the MicroSD card. I have forced
Wiiflow to load cIOS on startup and tried both 249 and 250. However, the
intermittent freeze still occurs, very annoying. I have to do a power cycle to
recover the problem. Any ideas on how to avoid the freeze problem?

By the way, I just read from other forums that the USB drive has to be
formatted to 32K cluster size, no more no less. I formatted mine using the
built-in Windows utility using the default allocation size, which according to
Microsoft is actually 16K. Will the difference in cluster size cause the random
freeze issue?

Just an update, I reformatted the 32GB USB drive with FAT32 with 32KB clusters.
The 2GB SD card in front is also reformatted with FAT32 with 16KB clusters
since the 32KB option is not available. I reinstalled the game again and tried
the games a couple of hours, and they seems to run much better and smoother. No
freeze or whatsoever. I will continue to monitor the situation and see how.
