Genshin Impact not loading

Description

I tried to open genshin but whwnever i do it just shows up gray for me. I use macOs sequoia and it is 15.0.1 m1 macbook air and i have to force quit in order to close the tab. i also have 8gb of ram

Steps to reproduce

download the pc version then open it with whisky accept everything and click install and then click finish and launch

Expected behaviour

The window for HoYoPlay should be grey once opened.
