Add hooks for the following events:

When an entity is spawned
When an entity is spawned by a spawn point

Some hooks were added recently:

void OnMonumentAddonsInitialized()
void OnMonumentEntitySpawned(BaseEntity entity, MonoBehaviour monument, Guid guid)
