Navbar Lacks Hover Effects and Login Button Needs Cursor Pointer

The navbar currently lacks appealing hover effects, which negatively impacts the overall user experience. Adding hover effects would enhance the visual feedback and make the navigation more interactive. Additionally, the login button should have a cursor: pointer style applied to improve its usability and indicate to users that it is clickable.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to the website.
2.Hover over the links in the navbar — there is no noticeable hover effect.
3.Hover over the login button — the cursor does not change to a pointer.
