The member can:

• get own dictionaries / favorite dictionaries
• favorite / unfavorite an existing public dictionary
• create his own dictionary with a title and description (limited in length 80).
• remove his own dictionary.
• reference a word group from the public dictionary into his own dictionary.
• remove a word group from his own dictionary.
