为了保证入选的开发者能按时到场，ETH Beijing 将学习 ETH Global收取一定的保证金。5月17号黑客松第一天，24点前在现场签到，就可以退还，否则没收。
学生收取 $50 或 350元；非学生收取 $100 或 700元

由WTF Academy开发一个网页收取：验证参赛者的GitHub，并收取相应的保证金。
