Alert status indicator (AlertStatusCorner) doesn't go away if the alert is dismissed from the Classroom Monitor (by clicking on the Alerts icon in the upper right and then clicking 'x' on the alert associated with the corner status). You need to refresh the Classroom Monitor for the corner status to disappear.

If you dismiss the alert from the student VLE, it immediately disappears from the Classroom Monitor correctly.
