Context for documentation change

We get recurring questions that have been answered. And we also received valuable resources from our members in our Slack channels.

Proposed solution

Create a page—like "Developer Resources"—to compile the resources that both members and non-members can consume.
We can include this page in the Member Resources.

@danieltott I have some questions:

  • Do we want to compile the resources through CMS to which you gave me access or follow the draft PR?
  • Do we want to compile this within the "Member Resource" or create a new resource page called "Developer Resource" or something like that?

Also, I'm thinking of taking out the questions part because we've covered them on the "How to ask questions" page and making this fully compiled articles & resources.

Any thoughts?

TIA! 😄
