Empty detections returned from test script

Hello, I am interested in using GeoFormer, but my GPU does not support CUDA 10.2, so I was forced to update to try it out. I've encountered a problem where all the scores in the test script are too low, resulting in empty lists returned, and on some scenes, empty tensors partway through the model. I posted a PR with more details of the error so that you can see the changes that I had to make. Thank you for the work and for your help!
