LTLMoP has a copy of the GPLv3 license at the root, but the file src/lib/handlers/share/MotionControl/OMPLControllerHandler.py is distributed under a BSD license. It seems to me that either we need to change our top-level license to BSD, or stop distributing that file.
Also, LTLMoP does not have an explicit copyright declaration -- nowhere in the copied license does it state that it applies to LTLMoP.

Regarding BSD, any version of the BSD license since 1999 is GPL-compatible, so that isn't a problem.
You never modify the copied license to list the name. To do copyright declaration correctly, every single source file needs to have a copyright. If you want to do it the easier way, just make a file COPYRIGHT at the root with the info that would go on every page (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html).
