Failed to synchronize registry data from server without no fog

On 1.20.1 Forge on both my server and my client Quark refused to let me connect to my server despite the files being the exact same. I tried older versions of quark and zeta but the server stops connection every time. Furthermore I have not installed "no fog".

I am running forge 1.20.1 47.3.0 and Quark 4.0-460 and zeta 1.0-24
