MC 1.18 - Quark-3.2-358 - Forge 40.2.9

When I assign my mouse button 4 to the "back" function, and use this function to exit the various GUIs, the items in my inventory are no longer in their original state, and are unusable. When I reopen my inventory and move my items to put them away and I click on the second "Arcs" slot, my items return to their original position (their real position) (the position before using the "back" function described at the beginning of this post).

On screenshot (1): I want to move my cobblestone blocks to put them away.

On screenshot (2): I've put my blocks away so I press button 4 (Quark mod's "Back" function) to close my inventory.
"I reopen my inventory to place my cobblestone blocks for building, but I've got the blocks in my hand but I can't place them.

On screenshot (3): I click on the "Arcs" slots tab and my cobblestone blocks return to their state, before going back. And become usable again.

I think this should be fixed by now? since the back button used to just set the screen to null and now it properly calls to onClose()
