6 players in my serevr have reported this issue and I had opened a ticket before but I don't know what happened, now I have the same issue too:

Have same issue, I deleted everything, every config file, redownloaded the mod, still same problem, even downgraded to quark 435 and still same

Do you have no fog? if yes try removing it

And strike, it was in fact No Fog that caused this weird issue for me, now, I need to find a way to include your building blocks in the mining dimension mod (Just Another Mining Dimension) or find an easy way to add recipes for them, but I guess people on reddit could do this better, after all we are in a github related to issues with mods and not help with configuring them.
