[1.20.1] Matrix Enchanting Candle Influencing is non-functional

Issue
With Matrix Enchanting enabled, Candle Influence has no effect on the pieces generated in the table. Normally, it'd show the % of influence on the pieces in the table, but currently, it shows nothing, even though visually in-world it looks like the candles are influencing the table
