Psi 1.19-101 fails to start on macOS in native aarch64 mode

Psi version: 1.19-101 (again, it reports itself as 2.0.0, which is wrong)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install MC 1.19.4, Forge, Patchouli 1.19.4-79.1-FORGE, and Psi 1.19-101 on macOS with M1/M2/M3 CPU and native aarch64 JDK (could be any JDK 17.* from sdkman).
2. Launch it.
3. Observe the crash.

Similar to #802, but with different result:

Psi for 1.19 will only run on 1.19.2, not 1.19.3 or 1.19.4. It seems the versions are marked incorrectly on CurseForge / Modrinth.
