I have had someone report this bug before too, but it got resolved by a reinstalling of sectorfile.

I can not reproduce this error, works fine on my end:

The only time I get an issue is if I have edited the file myself in vscode (or downloaded files directly from github):

This is probably related to EuroScope using ANSII encoding but we are using UTF-8 in github.

TLDR: I can't reproduce with a fresh GNG download.
